Rebuilding connection, trust, and understanding — with care for neurodivergent relationships and the way each partner is wired.
A calm, neutral space to understand the patterns and find your way back to each other.
Every relationship hits hard seasons — distance, recurring conflict, broken trust, or simply feeling unseen. Couples counseling creates a steady, neutral space to slow those patterns down, understand what’s underneath them, and rebuild connection on purpose.
I bring a neurodiversity-affirming lens to this work. When one or both partners are ADHD or autistic, ordinary differences in communication, sensory needs, or emotional expression can get misread as not caring. Naming those differences — without pathologizing either partner — often changes everything.
Breaking out of the cycles where the same argument keeps repeating.
Repairing after conflict, disconnection, or breaches of trust.
Bridging ADHD/autistic differences in how you each connect and process.
Navigating big changes — parenthood, diagnosis, loss, or new seasons — together.
Couples sessions are scheduled like ongoing therapy. See current session rates and accepted insurance on the Fees page, or reach out and I’ll help you sort out coverage.
