Trauma therapy that meets you where you are.

Evidence-based care for PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, and the experiences that still feel too close — for children, teens, and adults.

You don’t have to carry it alone.

Compassionate, paced work that helps your nervous system finally put the past to rest.

Trauma isn’t only what happened — it’s what the nervous system keeps doing long afterward. Painful experiences can stay “stuck,” resurfacing as flashbacks, anxiety, hypervigilance, difficulty trusting, or the sense that the past is never quite past. Whether it stems from a single event or years of complex, layered experiences, trauma is treatable — and you don’t have to keep white-knuckling through it.

In our work together, healing begins with safety. We move at a pace your nervous system can handle, building grounding and inner resources first, then gently approaching the experiences that still hold a charge. The goal isn’t to relive what happened — it’s to help your brain finish processing it, so the memory loses its grip on the present.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing

A powerful, body-based therapy for processing trauma and unhealed memories. EMDR helps the nervous system complete what it couldn’t at the time — releasing the grip that past experiences hold over the present.
