​Indigo provides expert licensed counselors who specialize in coping strategies for the unique challenges that seniors face. Our counselors visit clients in their home setting, making access to care very manageable for seniors living in long-term care communities.
We use a broad range of treatment modalities that are evidence-based including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and the trauma-informed therapies, EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a session cost? A typical session requires an office co-pay. Usually it is whatever you pay your general practitioner.
Do you accept insurance? We accept Medicare and most major insurance policies.
What is your cancellation policy? We understand that things come up. If you cancel an appointment more than 24 hours ahead of the scheduled time, there is no charge. No shows and cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged $75.
How long does a session last? Session times are typically 60-90 minutes, depending on treatment modality used and client needs.
Where will my therapy take place? That is up to you and how you are feeling on any given session day. You are welcome to attend sessions in our offices, located in your facility, or we can come directly to your home.
